چکیده
Purpose: To investigate the use of enteral nutrition (EN) and factors influencing feeding intolerance (FI) in severely ill patients intensive care unit (ICU).Methods: Retrospective data collection was performed on records 247 admitted to ICU West China Hospital, Chengdu, between January 2020 December 2022. Data were divided into two groups: FI group (n = 107) non-FI 140). Influencing analyzed by univariate multivariate analysis, EN analyzed. Results: Defined daily doses (DDDs) emulsion TPF-T (Ruineng), suspension (Baipuli) TPF (Ruixian) most prevalent. The DDDs (Nengquanli 1.5) increased, while that Nengquanli 1.0 decreased. Univariate analysis showed significant differences groups start time EN, addition dietary fiber, Acute Physiology Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE) II score, sedatives, types antibiotics used, vasoactive drugs oral potassium preparation, mechanical ventilation hypoalbuminemia (p < 0.05). Multivariate APACHE score ≥ 20 points, sedatives use, used 2, preparation independent risk FI.Conclusion: Use is consistent. Factors influence critically include antibiotics, preparations hypoalbuminemia. Knowledge these timely measures are great significance avoiding ICU.
